Return & Refund Policy - Rareware
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unwashed, and unused.

Have all original tags and labels attached and in its original packaging.

Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items returned outside that period will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at contactus@rarewareshop.in with photos and your order number so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

Personalized or custom-made items

Personal care or hygiene products once opened

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale, clearance, or final-sale items (unless explicitly stated)

Gift cards
If you’re unsure whether an item is eligible, contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or variant, the fastest method is to return the original item for a refund once the return is accepted, then place a new order for the desired item. If an exchange is possible, we’ll guide you through the process after inspecting the returned product.
European Union — 14-day Cooling-off Period
If your order is shipped to an EU address, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason. The item must be returned in the same condition described above. Refunds for EU returns will follow the same inspection and processing terms.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the funds to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact contactus@rarewareshop.in.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping by emailing contactus@rarewareshop.in with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — but it may be returned under the standard return process.
