Shipping Policy — Rareware

We aim to deliver your Rareware orders quickly and safely across India.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing may take longer during sale periods or public holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination. Remote areas may take longer.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges depend on the shipping method and order value. We may offer free shipping on qualifying orders (for example, orders above a specific cart value).
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information and the courier partner name. Use the tracking link to check delivery status.
Failed Deliveries
If the courier attempts delivery and no one is available, they will typically attempt redelivery. After multiple failed attempts, the courier may return the package to us. Returned packages are subject to the standard return and refund policy.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or you suspect it is lost, contact contactus@rarewareshop.in within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will coordinate with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.
International Shipping
At present Rareware ships within India only. We may enable international shipping in the future; if so, specific terms, customs duties, taxes, and delivery times will apply.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For domestic orders, prices shown include applicable taxes. For any future international shipments, customs and import duties may apply and will be the responsibility of the recipient.
